Dear The Management,

Please accept this letter as formal notification that I am resigning from my position as a Loan
Officer in the Operations Department with Service First Peak Communications BPO Asia Pacific Inc. My
last day will be Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

I've recently received an offer to work as a Customer Service Advisor in a BPO Company here in
Bacolod City during the time I was on force leave, I'm excited to try this new path in my career journey
for personal growth. Aside from this I'm planning to take Supplemental or Teacher Certificate Program
for me to take the Licensure Examination for Teachers in the future.

I'm forever grateful for the experience and I enjoyed processing a loan for the past 1 year. Thank
you so much for the opportunity that you've given me. I wish the company continued success.
