Vision

As a placement associate, I aim to leverage my interpersonal, organizational and


communication skills to enhance the placement process. I maintain fairness and impartiality in
all my Decisions and Actions. I am deeply passionate about contributing to the mission of the
Centre and Career Planning and Development by facilitating connections between students and
Industry. I am particularly drawn to the challenge of building strong relationships with industry
partners and analyzing market trends, Joining the centre as a placement associate represents an
opportunity to make a tangible difference while also growing professionally in a dynamic and
rewarding environment. I will maintain regular follow-ups with companies. I will try to
collaborate with emerging startups and small to medium enterprises that offer valuable career
opportunities. I will work smart as well as hard to make students be placed in a higher
percentage than the last year.
