JOB DETAILS
INTERNSHIP TO FULLTIME
Position 1: Junior Relationship Executive.
Age- Between 22 Years and 30 Years
Qualification- Regular Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream, preferably B.Com, M.Com, BBA & MBA.
Experience- Between 0- 4 Years in Banking Operations / Accounting.
Job Profile-
The candidate would be responsible for
• Colleting, Checking and Verifying the Gold
• Detailing the customer about available loan schemes.
• Documentation, posting and updating the system.
• Preparation of daily statement, printout, setting of vouchers.
• Filling of vouchers, cash book, statement, advice and other accounting works.
• Taking care of movement of Cheques / cash handling.
• Coordination with Banks and regional office.
Position 2: Customer Care Executive (Only Female Candidates)
Age- Between 21 Years and 30 Years
Qualification- Regular Graduate / Post Graduates in any stream
Experience- Between 0- 4 Years in Financial product sales.
Job Profile-
• The candidate would be responsible for
• Handling incoming & making outgoing calls
• Handling walk in customers and convince them for the product
• Customer Relationship Management
• Business Development
• Maintaining data and generating reports
• Handling emails and to coordinate with corporate office
• Other administrative day-to-day activities

Duties and responsibilities of Interns during 6 months internship
Roles and responsibilities of interns for below mentioned profiles
1. Interns as JRE and CCE in Muthoot Finance branches
• Proper Documentation of New KYC
• In-house canvas of products (cross selling and up selling of other financial products)
• Interest collection calling
• Win back and NLEC (Now loan to existing customers)
• C2C (click to call) data follow-ups
• Involving in marketing activities at branch level under supervision of branch head
• Collecting customer references
• Takeover data - Surgical strike data follow ups in C2C/ Visiting the catchment area along with branch head
• NPA follow-ups
2. The internship period is for 6 months and after the successful completion of internship there will be performance
evaluation for the placement in the Muthoot Payroll.
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Graduates (Non-Technical).
• The interns will be registered under government scheme NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion)
and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training).
• The students who are pursuing their final semester will be enrolled in NAPS and students who have completed
all their semesters and are waiting for the final degree will be enrolled in NATS.
Role and Responsibility: Front line sales executive for Muthoot branches operations.
Stipend during Internship: 10,000/- p.m.
