### How I Spent My Summer Vacation

#### Church Activities

This summer was very special for me as a seminarian. I did many things at church and
gave talks to young people. I feel happy and blessed to share my faith and influence
others, especially the youth.

First, I went to our new parish priest to introduce myself and report to him. Since he is
our new parish priest, I wanted him to know that I was home. I joined many church
activities, such as giving talks to the youth in different GKKs (Gagmay’ng Kristohanong
Katilingban) to address the current issues they face. These activities helped me grow in
my faith and learn more about my role as a seminarian. I participated in Masses, prayer
meetings, and other church events. These moments were very important to me, and I
felt closer to God.

#### Youth Talks

One of the best parts of my summer was giving talks to the youth. I enjoy talking to
young people about faith and life. It makes me happy to see them interested and
engaged.

##### June 22-24: Youth Recollection

From June 22 to 24, I gave a recollection to one of the GKKs in our parish. It was a
great experience. The youth listened carefully and wanted to learn. We talked about
faith, prayer, and how to live as good Catholics. I was very happy to share my
knowledge and inspire them. It was joyful to see the positive impact on the youth.

#### Burial Services

Another important part of my summer was attending burial services. From July 5 to 14, I
took part in some burial services. Before I entered the seminary, I was already involved
in this kind of ministry, so I was not expecting anything new. These were serious
occasions, and I felt honored to be part of them. I helped with prayers and supported
families who were grieving. It was a humbling experience, and it reminded me of the
importance of being there for others in their times of need.

#### Bonding with Family

I also spent time with my family, especially with my cousin, who is a diocesan
seminarian. We stayed at our grandmother's house, which is close to us. It was a time
of joy and relaxation. We shared stories, laughed, and enjoyed each other’s company.
Since we are both in the same vocation, we understand each other well. This time with
family was very precious to me.

#### Realizations

Looking back, my summer was filled with many wonderful experiences. I grew in my
faith, shared my knowledge with the youth, and supported those in need. These
activities made me feel more connected to my vocation as a seminarian. I am thankful
for all the opportunities I had this summer, and I look forward to continuing my journey
with God.

My summer vacation was not just about relaxing but also about growing in faith and
helping others. I feel blessed to have had these experiences. They taught me the
importance of serving others, and how fulfilling it is to share my faith. I realized that
helping others and spending time with family are crucial parts of my life. I hope to
continue making a positive impact on the lives of others and to grow even more in my
faith and vocation.
