In this age and days, happiness

is believed that plays an

important role in our lives even
though achieving it is very
complicated. In this essay, I will
shed the light those reasons
and the most important factors
to attain happiness.
In greater details, there is a
lack of balance between work
and life. Many people spend too
much time working without
paying attention to health,
family, and leisure activities.
This leads to feelings of
exhaustion and imbalance,
affecting overall well-being. For
example, Robin Williams, a
famous comedian, committed
suicide even though he had a
successful career and was
loved by many people. This
shows that fame and money do
not always bring happiness.
Moreover, it is also influenced
by society. Pressure and high
expectations from society,
family, and friends can make
people feel dissatisfied with
what they have. For instance,
on social media, we often see
images of other people's
perfect lives, which can lead to
feelings of low self-esteem and
unhappiness.
However, we can still achieve
happiness by maintaining
certain factors. Such as,
physical and mental health.
Good health is the foundation
of happiness. Studies show that
people who lead a healthy
lifestyle, exercise regularly and
eat well often feel happier.
According to Harvard University
study found that regular
exercise can reduce the risk of
depression and increase
feelings of happiness. In
addition, having a clear
purpose in life and pursuing
personal goals helps create a
sense of happiness. Such as,
according to a study by the
Journal of Positive Psychology,
people who have specific life
goals and are passionate about
pursuing them tend to feel
happier. Furthermore, another
thing is financial stability. While
money isn't everything, a
stable financial level can
reduce stress and anxiety,
contributing to happiness. To
illustrate, Princeton University
study found that an income of
about 75,000 dollar in 1 year is
the optimal threshold for
increasing happiness, after
which happiness levels no
longer increase much.
In conclusion, happiness is
intricate in to accomplish, but it
is not impossible. The most
important thing is to maintain a
positive, optimistic lifestyle,
harmony between work and
yourself so that we can have
the most comfortable life.
