一、 概述 Summary
4 吨机舱行车由工字梁桥架和 MD1-H 型船用电动葫芦等组成,其主要特点是结构紧凑、净高低、重量轻、尺寸小,可在
0℃至+40℃环境中工作。
4T E/R crane consists of I-beam frame and MD1-H marine electric hoist etc, and this crane
is compact structure, reasonable net height, lightweight and small overall size in characters,
which is suited for working condition from 0℃ to +40℃.
机舱行车主要由下列五部分组成:纵向行车车架、横向行车车架、运行机构、电动葫芦和电气系统。
This E/R crane includes following five parts: longitudinal frame, transversal frame, running
mechanism, electric hoist and electric system.
上述每部分的详细说明如下:The details of each part as follows:
1. 纵向行走车架 longitudinal frame
纵向行车架由纵向行车架(一)(二),借助高强度六角螺栓在构件下紧固,二根工字钢(供横向行走架移动用)组成。纵向行走车
架通过 8 只滚轮悬挂于纵向两侧工字梁下。
Longitudinal frame consists of frame part one, frame part two, connecting parts (bolted
by high strength bolts) and two I-beams (for transversal frame moving). The
longitudinal frame was suspended under the longitudinal I-beams, 8 wheels from
longitudinal frame move along flanges of beams.
2. 横向行走车架 Transversal frame
由工字梁、槽钢、板材等焊接组成,借助 8 只滚轮支撑在纵向行走下的二根工字梁上,电动葫芦倒吊在横向行走架的上端,为便于葫
芦拆装,横向行走架下端二根下拉杆为螺栓连接,方便拆卸。
Parts welding, such as I-beam, channel steel and plates, form transversal frame. 8
wheels from transversal frame move along flanges of longitudinal I-beams. Electric
hoist is suspended on the top of transversal frame. In order to dismantle conveniently,
two guy rods under transversal frame are bolt connecting.
3. 行走机构 Running mechanism
机舱行车的行走机构分大车行走机构和横向行走机构。大车行走机构系统小电机同步驱动,由安装在纵向行走车架(一)(二)相对
内侧的电动机减速箱与焊在工字梁下的齿条等组成。电动机附有刹车机构,供大车行走机构制动用。横向行走机构亦系小电动机同步
驱动,经装置在该架侧边的变速箱减速后,借助焊在工字钢下的齿条行走。该电动机附有刹车机构,供横向行走机构制动用。
Running mechanism includes cart drive mechanism and transversal running
mechanism. Synchronization motors drive cart drive mechanism, whose working
process as follows: motor speed is lowered by motor reduction device, which installed
at inner sides of longitudinal frame part one and part two; and reduction devices
joggled with racks that were welded under longitudinal I-beams; so cart drive
mechanism moves smoothly along longitudinal I-beams. These motors equipped with
brake devices improve braking action of cart drive mechanism. Working process of
transversal running mechanism is the same as cart drive mechanism.
4. 电动葫芦 Electric hoist
MD1-H 型电动葫芦为双速型,常速为 9.6 米/分,慢速为 0.96 米/分,有关电动葫芦的详细结构和特性可参考 MD1-H
型电动葫芦说明书。
Electric hoist MD1-H is double-speed, normal speed is 9.6m/min, and slow speed is
0.96m/min. please refer to electric hoist MD1-H specifications regarding structure
details and characters.
5. 电气设备系统 Electric system
按机舱行车的船用要求,船级社规范和制造厂标准提供相应的电气设备及附件。
According to marine crane requirement, classification society rules and manufactory
standard, supply relevant electric equipments and attachments.
二、 性能参数 Performance parameter

三、 运行原理 Running principle
1. 本机舱行车通过按钮盒控制,按钮盒上有紧急停、快升、快降、慢升、慢降、向前、向后、向左、向右按钮。
The E/R crane was controlled by button box, on which there are emergency, quick up,
quick down, slow up, slow down, forward, backward, left and right buttons.
2. 快升、快降、慢升、慢降按钮控制电动葫芦起吊重物,向前、向后按钮控制行车沿纵向梁前后运动,向左、向右按钮控制行车
横向梁左右运动。
Quick up, quick down, slow up and slow down buttons are used to control hoisting
weight; forward and backward buttons are used to control crane longitudinal moving;
left and right buttons are used to control crane transversal moving.
3. 行车起吊重物时,可按下单个动作按钮或同时按下两个动作方向不相反的按钮.
When hoisting weight, it’ s allowed to press a button or two buttons, whose running
direction shouldn’t be opposite.
4. 在纵向梁和横向梁两端均有限位开关,通过它们进行限位保护,同时在纵向梁和横向梁两端均有机械限位挡块,防止行车出轨,
保证行车的安全性。
At the both ends of longitudinal and transversal I-beams, There are limit switches and
mechanism blocks, which supply limit protection and prevent crane running out of
rails.
5. 电动葫芦带有上、下极限限位器,当钢丝绳提升到顶端或放到底端时,极限限位器切断控制电源,以保证电动葫芦的安全。
Electric hoist is equipped with up and down limit devices, which will protect electric
hoist by cutting off control power supply when weight reach the top and bottom.
6. 使用过程中,一旦发生紧急情况或异常,可立即按下按钮盒的紧急停止按钮,切断电源,保证安全。
In operation, in case there is emergency and abnormity, please press emergency button
to cut off power supply.
四、 安装及调试 Installation and debugging
1. 安装前必须校正纵向工字梁

单侧: 行车运行范围内工字梁直线度<1/1000mm

两侧: 行车运行范围内工字梁之间平行度<3/1000mm
行车运行范围内工字梁之间平面度<1/1000mm
Before installation, straighten longitudinal I-beams.
The straightness of I-beam should be less 1/1000 mm.
The parallelism of two I-beams should be less 3/1000mm.
The flatness of two I-beams should be less 1/1000mm.
2. 新安装好的机舱行车首先应进行空载试运转数次,检查控制按钮,电机运行方向是否正确,电机转向未调整妥前严禁通电运行。

After crane installation, carry out unload test run several times, check control buttons
and motor running directions. It’s not allowed to be power on before adjust motor
correct running direction.
3. 调整后的机舱行车,必须反复检查,调整限位安全装置,必须动作正常,可靠灵活。
After crane adjustment, check all parts several times; ensure limit devices exact action
and each part reliable and free.
4. 正确使用前,必须按 1.25 倍额定负荷,吊重试验 10 分钟以检查安装连接部分是否可靠,静吊合格后,以额定负荷试验升
降运行多次,检查机械传动,电气控制是否正常可靠。
Before application, test 1.25 times of rated load several times and last 10minutes; it is
eligible that connecting parts are reliable and electric control is exact.
五、 使用与维护保养 Operation and maintenance
1. 行车在正常使用过程中,绝对禁止超负荷使用和超过每小时额定合闸次数(120 次)的情况下使用。
In operation, it’s not allowed to overload and switch more than 120 times in an hours.
2. 电动葫芦限位器是为防止吊钩上升超过极限起升高度时,防止造成事故而设置,因此不能经常使用限位器。
The limiter of electric hoist prevents hook overrunning up limit, it’s not suggested to
use hoist limiter frequently.
3. 不允许同时按下两个相反运动方向的操纵板上的按钮。
It’s now allowed to press two buttons whose moving directions are opposite.
4. 工作完毕后,必须把行车电源的总闸拉开,切断主电源。
After operation, switch off crane power supply and main power supply.
5. 应保证行车有足够的润滑油,在机舱行车第一次使用三个月后应重新换新的干净润滑油,以后每隔半年更换一次润滑油。
Ensure lubricating grease enough, after three months, exchange all lubricating grease;
from that on, exchange lubricating grease every other 6 months.
6. 机舱行车不工作时,不允许把重物悬于空中,以防止行车零件产生永久变形。
It’s not allowed to suspend weight in the sky when crane stops a long time. that
prevents crane parts from forming permanent deformation.
7. 在使用过程,如发现不良现象和异常情况时,应立即切断电源。
In operation, in case there is badness and abnormity, please cut off power supply.
8. 行车在吊运重物过程中,严禁在行车下站人。
It’s strictly prohibited for anybody to stay under the crane when crane is hoisting
weight.
9. 本机舱行车严禁进行斜拉重物和斜吊重物,以免损坏限位器。
It’s not allowed to hoist weight obliquely, for fear damaging limiter.
10. 电动葫芦的使用和保养见电动葫芦说明书。
The operation and maintenance sees electric hoist specification.
