The Central Government had merged 50% of the Dearness Allowance (DA) with the basic pay
w.e.f. 01.04.2004 and the Dearness Allowance continued to be calculated with reference to the
AICPI (IW) average as on 1st January, 1996 of 306.33 without changing the index base
consequent to the merger. Accordingly, Dearness Allowance (DA) at following rates were
sanctioned from 01.07.2004 till 01.07.2007.

The Central Government on the recommendations of the Sixth Central Pay Commission had
decided that the Dearness Allowance (DA) admissible to all categories of Central Government
employees shall be at the following rates.

DA (Dearness Allowance) Calculation Based on AICPIN


The expected All India Consumer Price Index number (AICPIN) for Industrial Workers (Base
2001=100) for the month of December 2011 has already been released by Statistical Department.
Based on this AICPIN index, expected DA (Dearness Allowance) percentage for 1st January
2012 is calculated.

कोई शिकायत है तो आपके कन्जयूमर कंप्लेंट फाइल कर मुआवजे की मांग कर सकते हैं।
जिस तरह का मामला हो उस आधार पर आप कोर्ट में जरूरी दस्तावेज जमा कर विभिन्न तरह
के कंप्लेंट फाइल कर सकते हैं। लेकिन, इससे भी अच्छी बात यह है कि आप चाहें तो समय
और पैसे की बचत करते हुए ऑनलाइन कन्जयूमर कंप्लेंट भी रजिस्टर कर सकते हैं। आगे

सरकार का एक पोर्टल कन्जयूमर ऑनलाइन रिसॉर्स ऐंड एंपावरमेंट सेंटर (core.nic.in) नाम
से रन कर रहा है। यह एक शिकायत निवारण प्रणाली है जिसे भारत सरकार के उपभोक्ता
मामलों के विभाग की मदद से कन्जयूमर कोऑर्डिनेशन काउंसिल संचालित करती है।
शिकायत दर्ज करने के लिए कन्जयूमर को पहले साइट पर रजिस्टर करना होता है। इसके
लिए शिकायतकर्ता को अपना नाम, ईमेल, पता और फोन नंबर ऑनलाइन फॉर्म में भरना पड़ता
है। इसके बाद यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड तैयार हो जाता है।
ध्यान रहे कि किसी भी रजिस्टर्ड ब्रैंड या सर्विस प्रोवाइडर के खिलाफ शिकायत
दर्ज की जा सकती है। ऑनलाइन कंप्लेंट सिस्टम में सेक्टर, सेगमेंट और ब्रैंड्स का
ड्रॉपडाउन मेन्यू है जिसमें डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ कन्जयूमर अफेयर्स में रजिस्टर्ड
सभी ब्रैंड्स के नाम भी शामिल हैं।
कंप्लेंट का नेचर, इसमें शामिल लोग के डीटेल्स और सपॉर्टिंग डॉक्युमेंट्स को
ऑनलाइन कंप्लेंट के साथ अटैच किया जा सकता है। साथ ही, आपको हुई परेशानी और आप
क्या चाहते हैं, इसका भी जिक्र किया जा सकता है।एक बार कंप्लेंट समिट कर दी तो
आपको एक नंबर मिल जाएगा। इस नंबर का इस्तेमाल कर आप अपनी शिकायत का स्टेटस जान
सकते हैं।क्रिडेंशल्स में एक ही लॉग से एक साथ कई शिकायतें ऑनलाइन दर्ज की जा
सकती हैं और उन शिकायतों का स्टेट्स भी चेक किया जा सकता है।
शिकायत करने के बाद मामले में क्या प्रगति हुई, इसका पता लगाते वक्त आप यह भी देख
सकते हैं कि शिकायत पर संबंधित ब्रैंड को क्या संदेश भेजा गया है।
आप हिंदी या अंग्रेजी, दोनों ही भाषाओं में शिकायत दर्ज करवा सकते हैं।
