EVICTION NOTICE

In follow up with our conversation via WhatsApp on Thursday, March 7, 2024. This is
your notice of termination of the month to month rental agreement of the 3 bedroom
apartment in Casa Verde, Bajada a Kaifitos, West Bay Road, Roatan.
Per the rental agreement signed on 9 July, 2022: “Termination of the lease by the
Owners or Tenants: may be given at the end of any monthly period or at any time within
a given month by either party by a written notice to vacate. Following that notice to
vacate a period of 60 days will be given.”
Consider today, 9 March, 2024 your 60 day notice to vacate and the contract to be
terminated.
For clarification, the 60th day will be 8 May, 2024.
As a reminder, a previously paid deposit of one-month rent ($700 US) is applied to this
lease and returned upon departure of the tenant and inspection that apartment is
returned in conditions like those it was encountered upon rental.Any damage to be
covered from the deposit.
In addition, if you choose to vacate before 1 April 2024 I, Maile O’Rourke, will
provide a bonus of $500 in addition to the return of your security deposit assuming the
apartment is returned in the condition described above.
