Positioning ABS wiring / hoses
The routing of the ABS system wiring has been optimised to ensure the minimum obstruction.
Each section is designed to prevent interference with parts that might damage wires or cause operating failures when riding.

1 ABS control unit
2 Front brake master cylinder hose
3 Front RH brake calliper hose
4 Rear brake master cylinder hose
5 Rear brake calliper hose
6 Hose from RH to LH front brake calliper

Fasten the hose between rear brake master cylinder and ABS control unit to the rear speed sensor cable using the fast point.
Use a button clamp to fasten the hose between rear brake calliper and ABS control unit to the front speed sensor wiring branch.
Use a large selflocking tie to fasten the hose between front brake calliper and ABS control unit to the lower vehicle wiring branch and to the oil
pressure switch and rear speed sensor.

Use a large selflocking tie to fasten the hose between front brake calliper and ABS control unit and the hose between front brake and ABS
control unit to the hose grommet.
Use the Fast Point to fasten the cable for front brake master cylinder/ ABS control unit to front speed sensor cable.

Use three small selflocking ties to fasten the hose between front brake and ABS control unit to the wiring support.
Use two large selflocking ties to fasten the hose between front brake calliper and ABS control unit to the wiring support.

The indicated fast point must be positioned at the minimum distance (A) = 20 mm from the chamfered point of front brake callipers / ABS control
unit hose.

Use four fast points to fasten the front brake callipers/ ABS control unit hose to front speed sensor cable.
Slide the front brake calliper/ ABS control unit hoses inside the hose grommet, where the rubber blocks are.
