We have decided to host an exchange student for multiple reasons, that bene fit the student and our family. The program is a great
opportunity to broaden their horizons and perspective of the world and di fferent cultures. My husband and myself have prayed on this
decision and feel as if our children are at the age where they will appreciate and understand the importance of helping others achieve
their dreams and being hospitable in the process.
We absolutely love our city and the culture is rich in Lake Charles. Louisiana. Southern hospitality is made to be shared, and we are
sure that a student from Spain would absolutely love it here, with my heritage being from Spain and Portugal. I am also very excited to
learn about her culture as well.
We will continue praying on this opportunity, for ourselves and for Gabriela.

her school work, gymnastics, and friend activities.
