13. Create a Resume using General Template 15 - 17
A1. Create a new folder and do the following:
A) Make a Word Document
B) Make an Excel document
C) Make a new folder
D) Rename the initial folder
E) Copy the initial folder
F) Delete the initial folder.
A & B) Open File Explorer by clicking the folder icon in the taskbar and
then navigate to where you want to create the new folder, and click New
Folder and Type the name of your folder (Optional), and press Enter.
In Windows 11 the File explorer may look something like this. To create
a Word or an Excel document in your new folder, Right click and from
the context menu click on New and then click on Microsoft Word
Document and follow similar steps to make a new Excel Document.
C) To make a new folder, you have to right click and navigate to New >
Folder. Name the folder as you’d like.
D) To rename the initial folder, the folder that contains these documents
you can click on the folder to highlight it and press F2 to rename the
folder. Rename it as per your needs or your choice.
E) To copy the initial folder, highlight the document as shown in Image 1
and Press CTRL + C on your keyboard simultaneously. The folder will
now be in your clipboard. To paste, simply press CTRL + V in the desired
source destination and your copy will be found there.
F) To delete the initial folder, navigate to where it is located and
highlight it, you may now press the delete key on your keyboard to
delete it.

A3. Implementing many of the features of the popup context menu upon
right clicking the Desktop
You can also show the popup menu from the Explorer context menu
(right-click menu). On the Desktop, right-click anywhere except on icons
and select Show Quick Access Popup menu. To use the Alternative menu,
hold Shift key while you right-click the Desktop and select Show Quick
Access Popup Alternative menu.

• Open in Terminal – Opens a terminal window with the directory of the
area the context window was opened in.
• New – Allows you to quickly make new specific types of files.
• Show more options – expands the context menu to show other options.
• Sort by – allows you to sort folders, icons, files, etc. by a very specific
sort type.
A4. Implementing the various display properties through the context
menu that popups when right clicking on the Desktop
Step 1: Right click on the desktop and click on Display settings in the
context menu.

A5. Set the wallpaper and screensaver
Choose a background wallpaper
1. Right-click your desktop.
2. Select Set wallpaper & style.
3. Select Wallpaper.
4. Select one of the images to set as your wallpaper. You can also
select the wallpaper to change daily or refresh.
 To choose a wallpaper with a light or dark theme,
select Radiance.
 To set a custom wallpaper with an image downloaded to your
Chromebook, select My Images.
 To use a personal photo saved in your Google Photos,
select Google Photos.

Steps (To set a screensaver):
Start > write Screen Saver or Change Screensaver. Open it and you will
get this window show up. Click on settings to adjust your settings of the
screen saver type as you’d like then click on ok in the 3D text settings
window and then click on apply in screensaver settings. TO preview your
screensaver settings, click on preview or go idle for how long you set the
Wait time.

Press windows logo key + I (i) simultaneously to open up the computer
settings.
Type “date & time settings” in the search bar and click the first result
that popups up

A10. Showing the usage of Washout/Watermark To make a watermark.
Open the desired Word file and navigate to design tab. In the Page
background click on watermark and choose one of the presets or make
your own custom watermark.

A11. Using Macros
Open the desired file (in this example I will be using Excel.

Navigate to the Macros tab (Click on the view tab > Macros Group >
Left click Macros)
You can either record a Macro or use a Macro that you’ve already made
by clicking on view macros to run a specific macro from a list. To record
a Macro, click on record macros and perform an action. E.G make a list
with a few titles, after this you may go back to the macros group to finish
the recording.
After you record the Macros, you can replay the macro by clicking on
view macro and choosing the macros you had recorded.
The view Macros Button opens up a window that looks like this.
