CLINICS COMMITTEE SCHOOL OF LAW BENNETT UNIVERSITY
is dedicated to equipping students with the skills and experience necessary to excel in the professional legal world.
Recognizing that “Theory without application is incomplete, and application without a foundation in theory is
precarious,” the Clinics Committee focuses on integrating both seamlessly.
Our primary mission is to organize and conduct workshops and training sessions that delve into the practical aspects
of law. These programs are designed to familiarize students with the skills and nuances required for real-world legal
practice, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the demands of the legal profession. With active guidance and
mentorship from faculty members, the committee strives to create a nurturing environment where students can
confidently translate their academic knowledge into actionable skills.
The Clinics Committee is more than a platform for experiential learning; it is a space where aspiring legal
professionals are empowered to bridge the gap between the classroom and the courtroom. By fostering hands-on
learning and encouraging practical engagement, we aim to shape competent, skilled, and practice-ready lawyers who
are well-versed in the complexities of the legal field.
VIKALP ANVESHANAM 1.0: BENNETT UNIVERSITY ADR

a client. The Competition also encourages students of law to develop interviewing, planning and analytical skills
necessary to build and maintain a relationship between a lawyer and his/her client.
