Executing Small Projects - Instructor's Guide
Originally, industry experts and adult learning instructional designers used original CII
research to develop the CII Education Modules – to assist companies with in-house
classroom trainings and presentations.
CII Education Modules are comprised of two components: the Instructor’s Guide and
the Participant Handbook. Each component was sold separately and was only
available in hard-copy as a binder with custom tabs and a CD, in most cases.
Now, CII is making all its Education Module components available as free downloads
for its member organizations.
To make the electronic version more convenient for you, CII made two major changes
to each Education Module component’s downloadable zip file:
A. Creating a separate folder labeled “Optional Hard Copy Files” to hold all the
production files used to print and assemble the hard-copy binder, including the
artwork for the binder cover and spine, artwork for the CD labels, and the text
for the tabs.
B. Adding the latest version of any updated CII publication used as a reference into
the “References” folder, though the text of the Education Module itself will still
point to the older version of the publication.
