Job Description for Data Science Intern
Who we are:
We are a dedicated team of scientists and entrepreneurs on a mission to
revolutionize how health records are generated and stored in India. Through genAI-
powered voice technologies, we aim to streamline the capture of medical data. We
are incubated at IIT Bombay and have received several prestigious Govt grants too.
We’re seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven interns to help us elevate our innovative
product. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside skilled data scientists,
engineers, and product managers on real-world data science projects.
The role:
As a data scientist specializing in developing our core technology, you will have an
opportunity to work on the cutting edge of speech and NLP techniques applied to
health care industry. You will be involved in training and refining genAI models to
transcribe and summarise voice data into Indian languages and English.

make a meaningful impact through your work.
Desirable qualifications:
• B.Tech/ MS in computer science with experience in artificial
intelligence/machine learning.
• Excellent skills in Python programming especially data science stack
(pandas, scikit-learn, scipy and others).
• Good knowledge of DB fundamentals (PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy)
• Good knowledge of Pytorch and/or Huggingface Transformers.
• Good familiarity with deep learning concepts (CNNs, LSTMs, Transformers).
• Familiarity with software engineering principles (Agile methodologies) and
software versioning (Github/Bitbucket with JIRA/Clickup experience) is
preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud programming in GCP/Azure (serverless architectures)
is a plus.
