The new Magnum range, with up to 419hp(CV) maximum engine power, was developed
and built according to our customers’ wishes: powerful, comfortable, productive and reliable
to meet the needs of professionals. The new Magnum CVX brings reliable technology to your
business, creating true added value with its powerful and economic performance. The new
transmission further increases your productivity and returns to your business.
DESIGNED TO OFFER THE PERFECT WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The comfortable cab provides you with ideal working conditions.
The semi-active suspension seat, which automatically adapts to
the weight of the driver, and excellent surround vision minimise
fatigue on long working days. Harmonised suspensions of cab,
seat and front axle, as well as the dynamic ride control of front
and rear linkages, ensure a remarkably smooth ride. The low
noise level and air conditioning create a comfortable working
environment. For night work, an optional Xenon lighting system
is available.
DESIGNED FOR PERFORMANCE: YOU ARE IN FULL CONTROL
All the controls and instrument panels are within easy reach, on
the right, giving a perfect overview of all the tractor’s functions.
The Multicontroller armrest puts all the controls at your fingertips
while the Integrated Control Panel gives you all the key information
at a glance and the AFS 700 screen integrates the data from
the tractor and the implements. You are in full control of your
performance at all times.
The Magnum CVX Series
DESIGNED FOR HIGH EFFICIENCY: POWERFUL ENGINE
The powerful 8.7 litre, 6-cylinder turbocharged and intercooled engine features latest SCR-
technology and meets EU Stage IIIB emission regulations. The engine delivers extra power and
optimum fuel efficiency throughout the complete rpm range. The model at the top of the range
offers 370hp(CV) rated power (419hp(CV) max. power with Engine Power Management (EPM))
and an industry leading maximum torque figure of 1,806Nm.
DESIGNED FOR TRANSPORT AND FIELD WORK
The Continuously Variable Transmission makes the Magnum CVX the perfect all-rounder on the
road and in the field. For maximum efficiency, the CVX transmission features four mechanical
ranges which are changed automatically between 0 to 50kph. The Automatic Productivity
Management (APM) automatically reduces engine speed, matching it to power requirements.
The standard active-stop control prevents the tractor from rolling back, even on steep slopes
with a fully loaded trailer, without requiring you to operate the brake or clutch pedal.
DESIGNED FOR VERSATILITY
The heavy-duty PTO was designed for maximum power transmission of the powerful FPT
engines. The 1000rpm PTO speed is achieved at 1,803rpm, where there is huge power growth.
A 540/1000rpm dual speed PTO is available as an option. In addition, you can choose from a
wide range of ballasting options, a suspended heavy-duty front axle and tyres up to 2.15m high.
DESIGNED TO DELIVER ALL THE POWER YOU NEED
The fully integrated front linkage has a lift capacity of up to 5 tons and a front PTO is also available
as an option. The Magnum CVX features a standard 166 litre/minute oil pump. If you need more
power you can choose the 221 litre pump or, for the largest implements that require massive
power, you can opt for a 282 litre pump. You can have up to 6 electro-hydraulic remote valves
to enable a high number of functions without the need to reconnect hydraulic hoses.
DESIGNED FOR PRECISION FARMING
The integrated AFS Pro 700 monitor gives you all the key data, from fuel consumption to engine
and PTO power, at a glance. It enables you to adjust the settings easily and quickly for different
implements and working conditions, as well as controlling ISOBUS compatible implements.
To maximise your efficiency, you can choose from a full range of guidance solutions, offering
accuracy levels of up to 2.5cm – including the Xfill option that will keep you on track if there is no
signal for a short time.
