PERMISSIVES

GENERAL

To open Lead HRSG HP, IP, LP, HRH & 1. DD open feed back
CRH steam stop valves
To open Lead HRSG HP, IP, LP, HRH & 1. HP steam stop bypass valve open feedback
CRH steam stop main valve
To open Lag HRSG HP, LP steam stop 2. Upstream temp of the bypass valve will be 5 C more
bypass valve than downstream temp
3. Upstream pressure of the bypass valve will be 2 bar
more than downstream pr
To open Lag HRSG HP, LP steam stop 1. Diff bet the upstream temp of the main valve and
main valve upstream temp of the ST inlet valve less than 50 C.

3. HP steam diff temp: Optimum = 565 C, Min = 510 C, Max = 565 C
4. Reheat steam diff temp: Optimum = 565 C, Min = 510 C, Max = 565 C

6. Turbine metal temp [HP/IP]: Must be greater than 23 C
