CARETAKER’S AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Agreement is made and executed by and between:
Ma Isabella L Flores, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of Block 91
Lot 20, Bellavista Subdivision, Brgy. Santiago, General Trias City, Cavite,
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY/MANAGEMENT of the said
condominium;
-and-
Cedric Jan Francisco Lontoc, of legal age, single, Filipino and presently
residing at 142 Blk 6 Lt 7 Sumamaka Compound Bagong Silangan Quezon
City, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY/CARETAKER;
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY manages the condominium located at Unit No.
AA-206, Annex A Building, El Pueblo Manila Condominium Inc., 630 Anonas St.,
Zone 063, Brgy 630, Sta. Mesa, Manila 1016.
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY agrees to become the caretaker of the
property mentioned above subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. That the CARETAKER acknowledges that she/he will take care of the
said properties unless earlier terminated in writing by the
Management.
2. That the CARETAKER has agreed to take care and safe keep of the
said properties and to preserve the same from any trespass and
destruction;
3. That the CARETAKER shall not sublease nor sell any portion of the
premises;
4. That the CARETAKER shall maintain the said premises in sanitary
conditions;
5. The CARETAKER shall not introduce any renovation/alteration
within the said properties unless upon the written consent of
the OWNER; and
6. The CARETAKER shall keep and maintain an inventory and
ensure safekeeping of all items within the property. Please
refer to Annex A.
7. This Agreement shall be revised/terminated upon violating any
of the terms and conditions enumerated and agreed upon.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Before me, a Notary Public for and in the above jurisdiction, this
day of 2023, personally appeared the following:

Known to me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing
instrument and acknowledged before me that the same is their free act
and voluntary deed, as well as that of the corporation herein represented.
Said instrument refers to a Caretaker’s Agreement consisting of

written, and signed by the PARTIES and their instrumental witnesses on
each and every page hereof.
