Mobile Payment Instructions


This payment method only supports mobile phone payments via Safaricom M-pesa. Failure to follow these
instructions will result in delays to your United States visa application.

• You must pay this visa fee on or before 2022-10-20. If you have missed this date, you must sign into our system
and generate a new version of this instruction page.

• You must pay the entire amount and exactly the amount indicated in one single transaction.

• Do not use this payment slip to pay the amount indicated more than once. Using this payment slip more than
once will result in delays to the validation of your payment.

If you’d like to scan the QR code below to enter 1. Choose "Pay bill" from the M-Pesa options menu
payment details you need to download the
mySafaricom app. 2. Enter CSRA business number 100202

3. For account number, enter only the 8 digit MRV


Payment Identification Number (PIN) 65833494

or Do not enter your mobile number or any other


characters with the 8 digit number like passport
numbers, special characters, or preceding words like
"ACC", "MRV". Failure to follow these instructions will
result in delays to your United States visa application.

4. Enter amount 20000.00 KES

5. Enter your M-Pesa PIN

6. Review your transaction details to ensure the information is correct and select OK.

7. Save a copy of your payment receipt as confirmation of your payment.

You will receive an SMS once your payment is received by M-PESA. Please note the SMS is not a confirmation that
your payment has been validated in our account. You will receive an automated email once your funds are confirmed in
our account. This can take up to two business days.

CSRA collects Visa Fees on behalf of U.S. Department of State. This visa application fee is valid for one year from the payment date
and may be used for U.S. visa applications in Kenya only. MRV fee payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you encounter any problems with your payment or have not received a confirmation email after 2 business days, please notify
CSRA at: essa_contactus+ke+mrv+en@visaops.net. Note: Please provide a clear description of the issue and any evidence of
payment to assure the efficient processing of your inquiry.
