CONCRETE CHECKLIST /POUR CARD
NOTE : Pour Plan, RMC Batch slips, slump test and Post Concrete Checklist also form part of the Pour Card. All these shall be filed together.
Pour card shall be closed only after checking Post Concrete Works, succesful cube test results and after closing all post concrete quality issues.
QS shall be given copy of all site instructions on quality issues related to the particular pour.
