2. The Second Party will undergo a probation period of 6 months َ ﻳﻮم ﻣﺴﺘﺤﻘﺔ ﻟﻸﺟﺮوذﻟﻚ ﻋﻦ اﻻﻳﺎم اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ1 ﻳﻤﻨﺢ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎنﻲ راﺣﺔ أﺳﺒﻮﻋﻴﺔ ﳌﺪة.4

1. The Second Party shall be committed not to work in the same competing business of the First Party in UAE for the period of Two }ﺎء ﻋﻘﺪ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ او اﻧ¨}ﺎء ﻣﺪﺗﮫ دون إﺧﻼلùي ﺣﺎل ﻗﻴﺎﻣﮫ ﺑﺈQ ،نG ﳌﺪة ﺳنﺘUAE يQ ي ذات اﳌﺠﺎل اﳌﻨﺎﻓﺲ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻷولQ م اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎنﻲ بﻌﺪم اﻟﻌﻤﻞîn ﻳﻠ.1

2. The Second Party shall be obliged to pay back the value of the training (which is estimated at an amount of 8000 AED) when they ﻗﻀﺎهﺎųة اﻟﺘﺪريﺐ ﻣﻊ اﳌﺪة اﻟYn )ﻳﺠﺐ ان ﻳتﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻗﻴﻤﺔ اﳌﺒﻠﻎ اﳌﺘﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﻴﮫ ﻣﻦ ﻓ.اﻣﺎﺗﮫ اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪﻳﺔ او اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﻴﺔîn ودون إﺧﻼل ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺎﻟ،اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪ
