1. The Second Party shall work for the First party in the designation / profession of Furniture Woodworker in the UAE Dubai Ordinary ‫ ﺷهﺮ‬6 ‫ يﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎنﻲ ﻟﺪى اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺗﺤﺖ اﻟﺘﺠﺮبﺔ ﳌﺪة‬. 2

2.The Parties to the contract may renew the same once or more times for similar or shorter period/ periods. In the event of renewal of the .‫ي اﺣتﺴﺎب ﻣﺪة الخﺪﻣﺔ اﳌﺴﺘﻤﺮة ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻞ‬Q ‫الجﺪﻳﺪة اﻣﺘﺪادا ﻟﻠﻤﺪة اﻷﺻﻠﻴﺔ وﺗﻀﺎف إﻟ®}ﺎ‬

3.If both parties continue to apply the contract after the lapse of its original term or completion of work agreed to, without an express

1. The Second Party shall be committed not to work in the same competing business of the First Party in UAE for the period of Two ‫}ﺎء ﻋﻘﺪ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ او اﻧ¨}ﺎء ﻣﺪﺗﮫ دون إﺧﻼل‬ù‫ي ﺣﺎل ﻗﻴﺎﻣﮫ ﺑﺈ‬Q ،‫ن‬G‫ ﳌﺪة ﺳنﺘ‬UAE ‫ي‬Q ‫ي ذات اﳌﺠﺎل اﳌﻨﺎﻓﺲ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻷول‬Q ‫م اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎنﻲ بﻌﺪم اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬în‫ ﻳﻠ‬.1

2. The Second Party shall be obliged to pay back the value of the training (which is estimated at an amount of 8000 AED) when they ‫ ﻗﻀﺎهﺎ‬ų‫ة اﻟﺘﺪريﺐ ﻣﻊ اﳌﺪة اﻟ‬Yn‫ )ﻳﺠﺐ ان ﻳتﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻗﻴﻤﺔ اﳌﺒﻠﻎ اﳌﺘﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﻴﮫ ﻣﻦ ﻓ‬.‫اﻣﺎﺗﮫ اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪﻳﺔ او اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﻴﺔ‬în‫ ودون إﺧﻼل ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺎﻟ‬،‫اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪ‬

Any condition that violates the provisions of Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 concerning the regulation of labour relations and the
