"Welcome back, everyone!

Chef Whiskerton here, and today we’re making some

delicious, light, and fluffy pancakes that are perfect for any morning. I’ll show you how
easy it is to prepare them using just a few simple tools. Let’s get started!"

First, Grab two large eggs and crack them into a bowl. Now, use a whisk to beat them
lightly until they’re well combined. Once that’s done, it’s time to use the blender. Add
the eggs to the blender, followed by 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of
sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, and if you like, a teaspoon of
vanilla extract. Give it a quick blend for about 30 seconds until the batter is smooth and
soft. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes while we heat the pan.

Now, we need to get our frying pan or wok heated. Place it on medium heat, and once
it’s warm, add some butter or oil. This will help create that lovely golden color on your
pancakes.

Once your pan is heated, it’s time to cook! Pour a small amount of the batter onto the
hot pan, spreading it out gently into a nice circle. After about 2-3 minutes, you’ll start
seeing bubbles on the surface—that’s your cue to flip! Carefully flip your pancake and
cook for another 1-2 minutes until both sides are golden brown.

Once all the pancakes are cooked, stack them up high and top them with your favorite
syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream. And there you have it—a batch of fluffy, golden
pancakes, made easy with a whisk, blender, and a hot frying pan. I hope you enjoy
making these as much as I do. See you next time for more delicious adventures!"
