I, EVANS BEIRONZIRE of M/s Mwene-Kahima, Mwebesa & Co. Advocates P.O. Box
343, Mbarara, hereby make solemn oath and state as under:
1- THAT I am a law clerk in the above mentioned firm.
2- THAT I am a duly authorized process server in the courts of judicature and
all sub-ordinate courts thereto.
3- THAT on 18th day of May, 2021 I received Summons to file a Defence
together with a copy of plaint attached with annexture in respect hereof
issued by this Honourable Court for service on Defendant
4- THAT on 19th day of May, 2021 I proceeded with the Chairperson LC. 1
Ruhanga Village Rukoni, Ntungamo,District Mr. Nkwatsibwe Geoffrey to the
home of the Defendant due to serve the said court documents and found
him present.
5- THAT he was not personally known to me but the Chairperson introduced
me to him and I told him the purpose of my visit that I had court summons
to be served on him.
6- THAT after explaining the contents therein he accepted service and
refused to sign the said documents which I herewith return duly signed ,
stamped by the Chairperson LC. 1, Ruhanga Village aforesaid. (attached
hereto are copies of the said summons)
7- THAT I left copies with him.
8- THAT what is stated herein is true to the best of my knowledge.

I, EVANS BEIRONZIRE of M/s Mwene-Kahima, Mwebesa & Co. Advocates P.O. Box
343, Mbarara, hereby make solemn oath and state as under:
1- THAT I am a law clerk in the above mentioned firm.
2- THAT I am a duly authorized process server in the courts of judicature and all
sub-ordinate courts thereto.
3- THAT on 24th day of May, 2022, I picked copies of notice of Motion signed
and sealed by this Honourable Court ready for service. I thereafter
proceeded to the respondents school in Mbarara at around 11:35 am to serve
the same court documents.
4- That I entered head teachers office and I was told by his secretary that the
head teacher was not around.
5- That I made a phone call to head teacher Mr Jimmy on Tel No. 0772958768
and he told me that he was in a meeting and that the court documents I
leave them with deputy head teacher in charge of discipline Mr ELEGIOUS
BIRIDWA RUGABA.
6- THAT I proceed to the deputy head teacher in charge of discipline and
explained to him the purpose of my visit, served him with Notice of motion
and all attachments, he received the same and read through but refused to
append his signature or stamp on my return copy. I left the deputy head
teacher with his copy of Notice of Motion.
7- That in the process of service while the deputy head teacher was reading we
had a conversation about the case and I recorded the video and also took
photos of him reading the same. (Attached hereto is a copy of deputy
head teacher reading through the Notice of Motion marked A)
8- THAT on that same date at around 12:06pm, I left the respondents school
premises and signed out at the gate of entrance.
9- THAT what is stated herein is true to the best of my knowledge.
