• This is part of your final evaluation. You are expected to be present in class to
write it. An absence must be validated through the office. The make-up date is
Wednesday January 29, 2025.

• This part of the Culminating Activity will include all material from chapters 3, 4,
5, and 6 (anything having to do with quadratic relations).

• The review questions provided will give you an idea of the skills you will need
to use. The focus is on problem solving and the ability to communicate your
process. At this point, everything should blend together to give you a more
comprehensive understanding.

MPM2DA Culminating Activity Structure

• course expectations have been grouped into 3 columns

• you are to complete a minimum of 2300 points in total
• at least three (3) questions from each column must be completed
• keep all your solutions for the same column together ie. ALL of column A
on the SAME sheet of paper
• clearly label each solution with its column letter and its point value ie. A300,
C100 etc.
