I, Neetisha Bhandari, Staff Officer posted at Singtam Branch,


would like to duly inform your goodself that I have been shortlisted for the viva
voce of the Combined Recruitment for the positions of Under Secretary and
Accounts Officer under the Govt. of Sikkim.

In order to attend the same, I will have to submit a NOC from my current
employer.
