Since 1993, We have been in the ever-growing business of representing the fields of rubber
products. The International Trade Department located in Beijing, the capital of China; which
have 360 employees and covers an area of over 60,000 square meters, with production workshop
about 20,000 square meters.

1.Fabric Ply Conveyor Belt

 The general fabric conveyor belt is made of Nylon(NN), Polyester(EP), or Cotton

Polyester Cotton(CC) fabric and finished through the processes of calendering, firming
and vulcanizing, etc.
 It is suitable for conveying in normal temperature various non-corrosive pointless
lumps, granular or powdes such as coal, coke, sand and cement in bulk or packaged.
 We could offer belt with cover grade in accordance to International standard such as
DIN 22102,RMA, AS 1332, SABS 1173/2000, IS 1891, BS 490, JIS K 6322, etc.

1.a) Nylon (NN) Conveyor Belt

 The nylon canvas is woven by nylon fabric both in warp and in weft.
 It is the most widely used fabric in rubber industry, and its outstanding merits are its
high abrasion resistance, high tensile strength and good fatigue resistance.
 Conveyor belt with nylon canvas inside has the characteristics of thin belt body, high
tensile strength, good shock resistance and trough ability, high adhesion between plies,
splendid flexibility and long working life.
 Nylon conveyor belts are suitable for medium, long distance and heavy-load
transportation of materials, widely used in mining, metallurgical industry and
architectural industry, ports.

1.b) Polyester (EP) Conveyor Belt

 Polyester conveyor belt, also called EP or PN conveyor belt, whose tension resistant
body is canvas woven by polyester in warp and polyamide in weft.
 The belt has the characteristics of low elongation in warp and good trough ability in
weft, good water resistance, and good wet strength, suitable for medium, long distance
and heavy-load transportation of materials.
 Because of high initial modulus of polyester, the belts can choose a relative low safety
factor.

1.c) Cotton Polyester Cotton conveyor belt

 Cotton canvas is woven by cotton fibers both in warp and in weft, it is elongation is
relatively low, it is good in mechanical fastening and adhesion with rubber.
 Cotton conveyor belt has relatively small deformation under high temperature condition,
suitable for short-distance and light-load transportation of materials.
 Polyester cotton conveyor belt is the upgraded product of cotton conveyor belt, and its
tension resistant body is woven by polyester cotton fibers in warp and cotton fibers in
weft.
 It is comprehensive physical and mechanical characteristics are obviously better than
those of cotton conveyor belt, especially the belt body is thinner and thus the belt
lighter, the belt can reduce energy and material consumption for users.
 It is the ideal selection for medium, short distance and medium-load transportation of
materials.

2.) Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt

 Suitable for conveying hot material like powder or clump materials at high
temperature.
 Ideal for conveying sintered ores, cokes, soda ash, chemical fertilizer, slag and foundry.
 It can resist high temperature.
 The rubber compound used in the cover has been designed to avoid premature aging due
to contact with any source of heat.
 The carcass of this product has very high adhesion after the special treatment of
coating and shaping. Under normal working temperature of below 180℃,the belt is low
in elongation, excellent in anti-abrasion and can bear 250℃high temperature for a short
time.

4.) Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt

 Oil resistant belt carries parts and components coated with machine oil, heavy-oil
treated coal in cooking plants and electric power generating plants, soybean draff, fish
meat and other oily materials. Materials containing non-polar organic solvents and fuel.
 The belt compounded of oil resistant synthetic rubber has good resistance to the
damaging effects encountered when conveying oil contaminated or treated materials.
 Oil resistant conveyor belt can be divided into two types according to cover properties:
Anti-abrasive type (D) and Ordinary type (L).

5.) Cold Resistant Belt

 The product selects cotton canvas, nylon canvas or EP canvas as carcass, Cover rubber
selects a blend of NR and BR, which has the properties of high elasticity, shock
resistance, cold resistance etc, It can work normally under the conditions of -40°C.
 Usage: suitable for conveying materials outdoors in freezing area, cold storage, etc.

6.) Chemical Resistant Conveyor Belt

 The rubber cover, which is made from chemical resistant materials, has fine anti-
chemical corrosiveness and good physical property.
 It is specially made for those materials which would dissolve expand or corrode the
belt.
 It is suitable for conveying material with chemical corrosiveness in chemical factory,
chemical fertilizer factory, paper mill, mining industry etc.

7.) Patterned Conveyor Belt

 Patterned conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern. Pattern shape and
height(depth) may be different because of different conveyed material and gradient of
conveyor.
 Shape and characteristics: We have different pattern shapes such as "U" pattern "V"
pattern and "/\" pattern. Customer can also order other patterns as well.
 Uses: It can convey powdered, granulated and small lump materials at the gradient of no
more than 40o.It can also convey packaged materials.

8.)Steel Cord Conveyor Belt

 Steel cord conveyor belts are widely used in high

strength long distance and heavy load transportation
of materials and they are also used in high strength
and short distance transportation of materials on
special occasions.

 Classification: Open With transverse Reinforcement

Type, Tear Resistant type with embedded wire sensor

CHARACTERISTIS :

1. High tensile strength: The belts are suitable for large span,
long distance transportation of materials
2. Small elongation in use: The belts need only a very short
take-up stroke distance
3. Small diameter of drive pulley: The bely body has a layer of longitudinally arranged steel
cords as its skeleton and thus is resistant to flex fatigue. Therefore, drive pulley of smaller
diameter can be used to make the equipment smaller.
4. High adhesion between rubber and steel cord: The steel
cords are coated with zinc on their surface and also the
rubber used has the property of good adhesion with steel
cords. Therefore the rubber is tighrly adhered to the steel
cords and is resistant to shock and difficult to drop so the
rubber belts are long in life.
5. Even tension of steel cords: Out of our advanced
techniques in manufacturing the steel cords are very
evenly arranged and have the same tension so the belts
are well balanced in running and difficult to run awry.
6. Good troughability: As the belt body has no transverse skeleton it is easyv to from a deep
trough so the belts can load more materials and prevent the materials from escaping.

9.) Solid woven conveyor belt

Construction:

Classification of product:

1. Non pressed PVC type

After dipping with PVC paste on the solid woven fabric add PVC cover on the solid
carcass to form the belt.
2. PVG type
Based on the non pressed PVC type the carcass is covered with top and bottom
covers composed mainly of rubber the belt is then formed after being pressed.

Construction features and applications:

1. The belt has good flame resistant and anti-static properties.it can fully satisfy the
requirements of MT-914 and is especially suitable for material conveying at
inflammable conditions of underground coal mines.
2. The solid woven fabric uses high tensile strength and low elongation polyester long
filament as warp fibre for weft fibre it uses high tensile and medium modulus nylon
filament. The fabric is high in strength low in elongation light in carcass free of
separation of plies, shock resistant anti-tear and good in troughability.
3. Non pressed PVC type is suitable for applications in dry conditions at a slope angle
of no greater than 16 degrees. PVG type is suitable for applications in wet
conditions at a slope angle of less than 20 degrees.
4. PVG type is covered with covers mainly composed of rubber which further
improves the troughability resistance to wetness and slip resistance to low
temperature elongation and wear resistance of the belt. Thus it can not only enhance
the slope angle of conveying but also elongate life of belt

10.) Elevator conveyor belt

The belt is made of either anti-tearing EP canvas or steel cord as center material with anti-tearing
rubber cover, good application capability, running steadily, and low maintenance.
Little earth coverage, no pollution, great conveying capacity, suitable for conveying bulk material.
Construction: Rubber belt & elevator bucket.

Application:
Vertical transportation of loose powdery material, widely used in building, mining, chemical, light
industry, power station and grain, and other fields.

Characteristics:

1. Materials can be conveyed at a large slope up to 90 degrees.

2. The belt has large loading capacity and the materials cannot be scattered.
3. The slope of conveying can be changed from horizontal to sloping or from sloping to
horizontal.
4. The conveyor is simple in structure flexible in arrangement and occupying only a
small area.

The carcass material and strength of the belt can be selected according to requirements of users we
have the following carcass materials: Cotton(CC),Nylon(NN),and Polyester and nylon(EP).

12.) Endless Belt

Endless conveyor belt is conveyor belt that has been made into endless without joint in the process
of production.

Characteristic:

 It is feature is that there is no joint in belt carcass, and the belt shall not be shortened in
service life due to early failure in the joints of the belt. The belt is flat in surface and
even in tension, thus it runs smoothly and its elongation in working is low.
 Cover Rubber classification: General, oil, heat and chemical-resistant, etc.

13.) Flat Transmission Belt

Flat transmission belt is a common flat rubber belt, also called transmission belt, usually uses high-
quality cotton canvas as its skeleton layers.
Application:
It is mainly used in factories, mines, docks, metallurgical industry, ordinary mechanical power
transmission, great power processing of grains like rice and wheat, irrigation equipment, wood
cutting and other power transmitting equipment for industry and agriculture.
Product classification:
1. Category: 28 OZ (ounce), 30 OZ (ounce), 32 OZ (ounce), 34 OZ (ounce) and 36 OZ
(ounce).
2. Cut edge flat rubber belt: Cut edge flat rubber belt is manufactured by adhering several
layers of full width canvas together, the sides of the belt are surfaces formed by cutting, the belt
edge surfaces are coated with rubber paste.
3. Round edge flat rubber belt: Round edge flat rubber belt is folded by the outer ply or plies of
canvas and the sides of the belts are curved surfaces.

4. Available in variety of colors, mainly of them have four colors: light brown, yellow, orange
and black.

15.) Raw Edged Cogged V-Belt

The Raw Edged Cogged Belts have two cut surfaces on both sides, so its resistance to bending and
heat dissipation is better than wrapped belts.
Short fibers are mixed in the rubber in the direction of the belt's width, contributing to power
transmission and helping to resist abrasion caused by side pressure.
