Dear Sir/Madam:

Pursuant to Section 7 of the RA 9514 Inspections Requirement – A fire safety


inspection shall be conducted by the Chief, BFP or his/her duly authorized representative
as prerequisite to the grants of permits and/or licenses by local governments and other
government agencies concerned and Memorandum dated December 13, 2024 of the
Department of the Interior and Local Government.
