ORDER

Subject: Constitution of internal committee to review the suggestions for


improvement in GSTN BO - reg.
Keeping in view the large number of suggestions for improvement in
functionalities available in GSTN Back Office (BO) since migration from ACES-GST, an
internal committee as under is hereby constituted to examine the issues / suggestions
given by CGST officers.
2. The common issues faced by CGST officers in using the GSTN BO application
and any suggestions for enhancement therein may be sent by Zonal PCCs/CCs to the
ADG, Chennai Zonal Unit, DG Systems, Chennai at p.manikkavel@gov.in who will act
as the Member Secretary to the Committee. The Member Secretary shall compile the
issues / suggestions received from CGST field formation and submit the same to the
internal committee for consideration.
3. The constitution of the internal committee is as under.

4. The internal committee may co-opt any other officer(s). The nominees of the
CGST Zones shall not be below the level of Additional Commissioner.

5. The internal committee will examine the suggestions for enhancement in BO and
decide on the need for changes and enhancements in GSTN BO, prioritise such
recommended changes for referring the same for consideration to the IT committee on
the IT (GSTN) issues in GST implementation chaired by AS (Rev).
6. This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
