• Goods sold are not returnable.
• Warranty void sticker removed items, burned case and physically damaged goods,
external causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, impropper maintenance and use under
abnormal conditions, presence of liquid or problems with electrical power.
• Warranty void for unauthorized changes, modifications or alterations in or to the
Products.
• Damage to or loss of data is another item which is not covered by a laptop warranty.
• Warranty is valid only for the product those have a serial number on invoice.
• Any problems associated with software – whether bundled or installed by you, it will not
be covered under the laptop warranty.
• Computer Mania BD not bound to provide Software Support. Computer Mania BD has
the authority to charge for software support.
• We need at least 7 days to check up the laptop which comes for warranty.
• Time needed for warranty is not fixed. It can take 5-7 days to maximum 40 days even
more than 40 days in some cases [because in some cases, parts needed for the product
not available in Bangladesh or shortage of stock in Bangladesh ]
• Also the terms and conditions of Manufacturer Company will be applied for warranty.
• If any problem arises due to BIOS setup/ update then Computer Mania Bd will not be
responsible for that.
• Computer Mania BD reserves the right to change this policy without advance notice
