What to look for Cottage Core wise
-Flowy pants
-Lots of greens and muted tones
-Plaid and regular dresses
-Corsets
-White dresses and skirts with mushroom/flower print
-Patchwork cardigans/sweaters
-Anything with wildlife animals on it
-Apron-looking dresses
-Overalls
-Fun looking sweaters
-Crewnecks with interesting prints
-Anything lacey, crochet
-knitted sweaters, with animals on them
-Corduroy pants/shorts
-Interesting belts that would go with these outfits
-Grandpa sweaters
What’s trending:
-Mini skirts
-Baggy pants
-Comfy clothes? That are still cute
Minimalist:
-Black leather jackets
-Simple dresses
-Vintage blazers
-Minimal shirts
-I think I wanna stick with my own personal style, so I’m going to look for some things that I think
would help me with that. What’s sold so far:
-a Y2k shirt
-An oversized hiking shirt
-Funky cotton indian button-up
-School girl style skirt
-the burnt orange sweater
-the funny graphic t-shirt
-This doesn’t tell me much relative to what I should look for, but just that the things people buy
are random.
-I want to stick with the minimalist, granola type look. I’m gonna keep looking for cottage-core
things, but things that are not ugly and are not over-the-top. Things that I would wear. It’s kinda
hard to figure out what people will want or not, so I’m just gonna experiment. What I’m gonna
look for, because it feels right.
-Minimalist sweaters, 100% cotton or wool
-Leather jackets, especially red ones
-Jeans, denim that’s interesting.
-plaid skirts and pants
-Any handmade items, hand knitted sweaters etc.
-anything i would wear, basically :3
