Diet Plan- 10 days
Take 10-12 glass of water
Empty stomach
1 glass water with one TSP chia seeds soaked overnight in same water and
Overnight soaked 3 peeled
Breakfast ( any one)
2 slice wheat bread veg sandwich , add 20 gm paneer low fat
1 veg Paratha ( stuffed) (NO GHEE OR OIL)
1 bowl vegetable oats
And
Tea/ coffee if habit , no sugar
Pre Lunch Snack
Apple / pear / guawa
Lunch
• 2 small roti + sabzi + dal / pulses+ salad Or
• Mung dal khichdi with salad and veggies or
• 1 bowl veg pulao + 1 bowl dal or any pulses + salad/ raita ( avoid Bundi raita)
POST LUNCH aftr 20 mins
• Take 2 dry figs
Evening
• 1 tea/coffee + stevia + 4 marie gold biscuit
Or
• 1 cup low fat milk and 1 handful home made popcorn
One hour before dinner
3-4 strawberries or any berries or 1 kiwi / orange
Dinner (ANY ONE)
• 1 bowl Masala oats with veggies home made
Or
• 1 bowl veg dalia
POST DINNER
• 3 to 4 Tulsi leaves chew n drink water or tk dry Tulsi leaves half TSP make tea n drink
warm
IF HUNGRY AT NIGHT
1 cup warm milk
GOOD NIGHT
