Conditions of Admission:
1. Adherence to the Rules and Regulations governing studentship at the Polytechnic.
2. Payment of fees in accordance with the Polytechnic fee payment guidelines.
3. Abiding by the terms and conditions outlined in the attached declaration for Admission and the
Bond of Conduct.

Fee Payment:
The total fee for the course is Ksh 67,189 per year payable in two installments, plus a mandatory
fee of Ksh 5,400. Fees must be paid in full as per the Polytechnic fee structure before the
commencement of each semester. Trainees will only be allowed to register after paying the full fees
according to the new Government fee payment model, available at www.hef.co.ke.
You are also required to download the Polytechnic fee structure from the Dashboard and make
payments according to your needs.
Catering and Accommodation:
Accommodation is limited, so please confirm hostel availability before paying the accommodation
fee of Kshs. 8,000 per term. Allocation is done on a first-come, firstserved basis, with priority given
to individuals with disabilities. Hostel allocation will be conducted during registration on the reporting
day.
Our cafeteria operates on a pay-as-you-eat basis with a cashless payment system using the Equity
Bank smart card. Parents and guardians can top up the cards via Mpesa or direct bank deposits. We
encourage you to utilize our cafeteria services for safe and highly subsidized meals.
