Terms & Conditions – Pre-order Offer on Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S25 Plus: Memory
Upgrade (12K benefit)
1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (“Samsung”) introduces a Pre-order offer (“Pre-order
Offer”) on Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S25 Plus (“Device”), wherein a customer will be eligible
for a free memory upgrade from 256GB variant to 512GB variant worth INR 12000.
2. The Pre-order Offer shall be available from January 23rd, 2025 to February 6th, 2025 (“Pre-order
Offer Period”).
3. Under the Pre-order Offer, customers who pre-order the Device(s) will be eligible for a free
memory upgrade from 256GB variant to 512GB variant worth INR 12000.
4. A customer can pre-order the Device both Online and Offline. The online booking can be done
either on Samsung Shop (i.e. either https://samsung.com/in or Samsung Shop app), or on select
third party online portal, wherein Pre-order Offer is applicable (hereinafter referred to as “Online
Outlet/ Online Portal”), whereas the offline booking can be done at the select Samsung stores
(hereinafter referred to as “Offline Outlet”). Customers are advised to check the Pre-order Offer
availability before pre-ordering the Device at that Offline Outlet.
5. Only one Device can be pre-ordered against one mobile number. For activating the Device, the
Customer has to use the same mobile number with which the pre-ordering was done. All customers
should have registered with the same mobile number for a minimum period of 03 (three) days from
the date of inserting the SIM in first SIM slot for the first time.
6. Pre – ordering Device on Samsung Shop:
I. In case the Customer Pre-orders the Device on Samsung Shop, Customer will have to make
a full payment of the amount as declared on Samsung Shop during the Pre-order Offer
Period. Customer will select 512GB variant and instant cart discount of Rs 12000 will be
applied on cart during check-out.
II. The price of the Device as listed on Samsung Shop shall be inclusive of all taxes.
III. The Device will be dispatched by Samsung Shop and the Customer will be notified for the
same via SMS or e-mail. Date of shipping and estimated delivery date will be reflected on
Samsung Shop while placing the order, deliveries would depend upon your geographical
location, and the lockdown conditions if any, imposed by the respective State
Government(s) in customer(s) delivery region, where the Device has to be delivered.
IV. The shipping of the Device will be on As Is basis and subject to availability of stocks.
V. In case you do not comply with the timelines mentioned for each respective step i.e. pre-
order, purchase & activation as stated in respective clauses, you will not be eligible for the
Pre-order Offers and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung or its authorized
partners in this regard.
7. Pre-ordering Device on Select Third Party Online Portal: Pre-order Offer on select third party
online portals (i.e. of Amazon and Flipkart) to be availed as per the applicable Terms and
Conditions on their respective portal.
In case of pre-ordering through Online Portal, Samsung will not be responsible or liable for
respectively:
o Any wrong submission of required details including but not limited to shipping details;
o Any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions
beyond its reasonable control;
o Any late transmissions or entries;
o Any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures;
o Any delay, damage, non-receipt, lost, misrouted delivery of Device.
o Any delay due to non-availability of stocks or product(s) due to various reasons like
climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies or operational &
technical issues or for any other reason beyond its control.
o Any delay or loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, and any other force
majeure circumstances.
8. Pre-ordering Device at select Samsung Stores (“Offline Outlet”):
I. To pre-order the Device at the Offline Outlet, you have to do the registration via the Pre-
order module in Smart Dost app available with the Samsung promoters at the respective
Offline Outlets during the Pre-order Offer Period.
II. While pre-ordering the Device, you will have to enter some of your details such as your
name, mobile number, e-mail id, model number and color of the Device, without which
your booking will be incomplete.
III. Once you pre-order the Device, you will receive notification from Samsung on your mobile
number registered in the Pre-order module in Smart Dost app, confirming your registration.
IV. In order to be eligible to avail the Pre-order Offer, you will be required to purchase and
activate the Device by 7th February, 2025.
V. In case you do not comply with the timelines mentioned for each respective step i.e. pre-
order, purchase & activation as stated in respective clauses, you will not be eligible for the
Pre-order Offers and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung or its authorized
partners in this regard.
VI. Upon start of sale of the Device, the customer will be notified to complete the final
purchase and avail the Pre-order Offer. Once the Customer purchases the Device from
Offline Outlet, considering the customer makes the purchase using the same number as the
one used for pre-ordering the Device, the customer will directly be given the 512GB variant
at the price of the 256GB variant of the Device, thereby saving INR 12000.
9. By availing the Pre-order Offer, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent
voluntarily to contact them through call, SMS or e-mail on the details provided by them for the
purpose of this Pre-order Offer or for any future communications from Samsung or its authorized
partners from time to time.
10. The Pre-order Offer will be valid on purchase of only one Device against the registered phone
number.
11. This Pre-order Offer is valid for Indian residents who have attained the age of 18 years or above.
12. Product images, features, specifications shown here are for representational purposes only, the
actual product may vary. Pre-order Offer available till stocks lasts.
13. Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw Pre-order Offer or change
any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.
14. In no event shall Samsung be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising
out of or in connection with this Pre-order Offer, its services and these Terms (however arising,
including negligence).
15. The choice as to the color, make & model of the gift(s) as applicable shall be completely at
Samsung’s discretion. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.
16. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any
advertising or promotional material relating to the Pre-order Offer, these Terms and Conditions
shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
17. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at New Delhi, India.
18. By enrolling for the Pre-order Offer, customer will be eligible for the benefit (arising out of the
Pre-order Offer) subject to final purchase of the Device and in no manner guarantee, any other
benefits associated with Device purchase.
