Dear Mayor Agustin,

Greetings of Peace and Prosperity! I am writing to express my sincere interest in


applying for a scholarship to support my education as I enter the final phase of my
study. I am a resident of Pigcawayan and currently a graduating student at University of
Southern Mindanao, pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Elementary Education.

As I approach graduation, I am also beginning to work on my thesis, which requires


additional financial resources for research, materials, and other necessary expenses.
My family is already facing financial difficulties. My mother, an Overseas Filipino Worker
(OFW) and a single parent, has been the sole provider for our family. With a twin
brother who is also in college, our financial situation has become increasingly strained.
The additional assistance from a scholarship would be instrumental in easing this
burden and ensuring that both my brother and I can successfully complete our studies.

Enclosed are the necessary documents to support my application. I am hopeful that my


application will be given favorable consideration.
