 A “Cybercrime” is a crime involving computers and networks.

 The The computer may have been used in the execution of a crime or it may
be the target.
Definition of Cyber Crime

 Cybercrime may be defined as “Any unlawful act where computer


or communication device or computer network is used to commit or
facilitate the commission of a crime”.
