1. Go to the Home Section on your Crypto.

Com wallet
2. Go to the menu on the left and click on the “Crypto Wallet” option (first on top)
3. Once you are in the Crypto Wallet section, go to Transfer:
4. Click on Withdraw:
5. Click on External Wallets if you are sending to a Wallet that is not part of the Crypto.Com
6. You will have to add the address to the Withdrawal Whitelist. Since we use one address per
transaction, we recommend you to delete the address once it was used to avoid sending
funds again to the same address by mistake.

Click on the + sign on the upper right corner


7. Click on Wallet Address
8. Select the Cryptocurrency you are sending
9. Enter the BTC address and add a Wallet Name as a reference if needed.
10. Paste the address where you want to send the funds:
11. You will get the following confirmation, just click on Yes, I trust this address if you want to
move forward.
12. Enter your passcode for confirmation
13. Now the new BTC address has been added to the list of BTC addresses available for you to
send:
14. Click on the address to initiate the transfer. Add a note if needed:
15. Enter the amount you want to send and click on withdraw
