Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Actuarial Analyst to join our
team. The successful candidate will be contributing to making a positive
difference to the lives of the end customers and exceeding client
expectations via strong operational rigor and delivery. Also ensuring that all
compliance and regulatory requirements are met and maintained to Aptia
standards. The role involves Building knowledge and capability to deliver
more complex and non-standard tasks independently.

Role & Responsibilities


• Support the team manager to drive effective business outcomes and
SLA delivery
• Building knowledge and capability to deliver more complex and non-
standard tasks independently
• Lead and support non-standard project work
• Effective/Accurate reporting of key metrics and business reviews with
relevant stakeholders
• Stakeholder management, timely response to all requests received
from all stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills Provide data backed
recommendations to support decision making
• Eye for detail and good mathematical skills for data sets with large
volume of benefits/numbers
• Flexibility and adaptability as the role will demand to switch between
tasks and work on urgent ad-hoc requests
• Ǫuick thinking and decision making will be put to test each day

Experience &
Ǫualifications • Student of Actuarial sciences who has cleared minimum of 2 papers
Pensions especially Defined Benefits knowledge which will be
instrumental in your career as student of Actuarial sciences
• Good analytical, planning and organizational skills
• Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word). (Must
have)
• No prior work experience is required
• Personal
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work with
large quantities of data with limited oversight
• Good communication, collaboration and people skills
