since 24 February 2014 on a full-time basis. He is currently working as a Director at Keshav
Shares and Stock Limited , with an Annual CTC of INR 6,00,000.00.

Mr. Raj Kumar Juneja has expressed his interest in visiting Canada for leisure and tourism
purposes. Our company has no objection to his visit to Canada for a period of 66 days.

We would also like to inform you that his leave has been approved from 20th October 2025 to
28th December 2025 for this overseas trip. We are expecting Mr. Raj Kumar Juneja to report
back to work on 29th December 2025 following the expiry of his approved leave.
