In the kingdom of Lyrath, every newborn child was brought to the Windmother’s shrine to

make their pact. The pact was simple: one wish, to be granted at a moment of their choosing,
a gift from the winds that shaped their world. Adeline, a spirited orphan with fiery red hair,
had saved her wish for as long as she could remember. She dreamed of grand adventures, of
castles and treasures, of being more than just the girl who swept the baker’s floors.

One evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon and painted the sky in hues of gold, a
glowing dandelion drifted through the open window of her attic room. Adeline gasped. The
dandelion hovered before her, its glow pulsing like a heartbeat. "Your wish is near," it
whispered, its voice soft and melodic.

She followed it, barefoot, into the forest beyond the village. The trees whispered ancient
secrets, their branches swaying in time with the gentle breeze. The dandelion led her to a
clearing where an enormous tree stood, its trunk twisted with age, and its roots glowing
faintly. In its hollow was an inscription: "The Tree of Eternal Wishes. One voice for infinite
dreams."

Adeline’s heart raced. The tree could grant her unlimited wishes, but the cost was her voice—
the one thing that had kept her company in her loneliness. She hesitated, memories of singing
to herself during lonely nights flashing through her mind. The dandelion hovered expectantly.
Adeline stepped back. "I won’t trade what makes me, me," she said aloud. The dandelion
dimmed, then brightened, as if approving. The winds swirled around her, lifting her spirits.
She realized then that courage and determination were the real magic she’d needed all along.
