Respected Sir / Madam,
It is our pleasure to inform you that, the Executive Committee of D.C.S.G.S. Hooghly has decided to organize the
Hooghly District School Games Selection Trial of Different Disciplines-2023 on different dates at different
venues.
So, you are hereby requested to send your sub-divisional students directly on those following days followed
by following information.
Last date of forwarding student details on or before the day of commencement of selection
trial.
No Student Entry Fees required for the said District Selection trial.
➢ Details of Age Group:- (Class Boundaries are abolished for this year)
U- 14yrs. (Boys & Girls): Born on or after 01-01-2010
U- 17yrs. (Boys & Girls): Born on or after 01-01-2007
U- 19yrs. (Boys & Girls): Born on or after 01-01-2005
➢ Please note that, as per National School Games Rule :-
It is compulsory for every student for every Game-
1. 3 Copies of National Eligibility Form from wbscsgs.in
2. Original Birth Registration Certificate (Form No. 5 or 9), and 3 copies Xerox
2. Original Aadhar Card and 3 copies Xerox
3. Original School Bonafied Certificate / ID Card and 3 copies Xerox
4. Original Last Year Final Mark Sheet, and 3 copies Xerox
Above All Original Documents will be Verified at the Selection Ground. If candidate will not produce above
Original Copies, then he will not be allowed to take part on that competition.
