I ran out the door. All the people hacked and vandalized my business and set it on fire.
At this time, a unit of Naria Fire Service came and controlled the fire. 03 computers, 02
video cameras and valuable furniture of the business were burnt in fire causing a loss of
TK.7,00,000/- (Seven Lakhs). After some time, all the people did not find me and
attacked our living room. The people cut the outside of the living room and ransacked it.
At that time, when the people of the area stopped the people, the people left. All the
accused was said to have threatened to kill him if anyone filed a case regarding the
incident. Later, the police of Naria police station came to the spot after receiving the
information. When I came to file a case, accused No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 5 came to
a distance in front of the gate of Naria police station and stopped me and said that if I file
any case regarding the said incident, they will kill me. Today 03/01/2022 at 04.00 pm, I
came to Naria police station and filed a statement.There is evidence of the incident.

According to the prayer, the above allegation is treated as a statement and the Lord's
consent is taken to take legal action against the accused.

7. Short Description of the occurrence:
The brief description of the plaintiff is that Sabbir Ahamed, Father: Nazrul, Village:
Chakdha, Post Office: Chakdha Bazar, Police Station: Naria, District: Shariatpur,
appeared at the Naria police station on 03/01/2022 and filed a written complaint that the
plaintiff is a Present Organizing Secretary of Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Jubadal (BNP) of
Bhumkhara Union. The plaintiff had a business of event management, videography and
photography in Chakdha Bazar for many years and was running the said business in good
standing. On 03/01/2022 at 10.30 am some terrorist leaders and workers of Bangladesh
Awami League came in front of the plaintiff's business establishment with different types
of deadly weapons such as daggers, chisels, bamboo sticks, iron rods, hockey sticks,
following political enmity. Awami League terrorist leader Noor Mohammad Sikder
announced to the plaintiff that he will kill the plaintiff due to politics. At any cost they
will out of the plaintiff from Chakdha Bazar and area. By leading of Awami League

ran behind the business establishment to save his life. He ran out the door. All the persons
ransacked and set fire to the business establishment of the plaintiff. At this time, a unit
of Naria Fire Service came and controlled the fire. 03 computers, 02 video cameras and
valuable furniture of the business in the plaintiff's business got burnt and caused a loss
of TK.7,00,000/- (seven lakhs). After some time, all the assailants failed to find the
plaintiff and attacked the living room of the plaintiff. The people cut the outside of the
living room and ransacked it. At that time, when the people of the area stopped the
people, the people left. All accused were said to have threatened to kill him if anyone
filed a case regarding the incident. Later, the police of Naria police station came to the
spot after receiving the information. When the plaintiff came to file the case, defendants
No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 5 came to the gate of Naria police station and stopped him
(plaintiff) and said that if the plaintiff files any case regarding the said incident, then they
will kill the plaintiff. On 03/01/2022 at 04.00 pm, he appeared at Naria police station and
filed a written complaint. There is evidence of the incident. This is the statement of the
case.

The case is filed on the basis of the written complaint of the plaintiff. I was entrusted
with the investigation of the case on the instructions and written order of the officer-in-
charge of Naria police station Avni Shankar. I took charge of the investigation and went
to the spot with the allied force. During the inspection of the incident site, we recorded
the statement of the local witnesses as per Section 161 of the Penal Code 1860. Prepared
a draft standard picture of the scene Make a list. During the investigation of the case both
in secret and in public, we have come to know that all the accused persons are known to
be directly involved in the incidents described in the affidavit. The plaintiff in this case,
Sabbir Ahamed, threatened and beat up the plaintiff in various ways and tried to kill him
for filing a complaint against the defendants at the Naria police station. At one point the
plaintiff Sabbir Ahamed was forced to leave the country. All the accused appeared before
the learned court and are on bail. I submit all the documents related to the case along
with the CD of the case. During the investigation of the case, as the truth of the incident
against the defendants named in the statement was initially proved, the charge sheet No-
148, dated: 11/12/2022, Section: 34/114/143/427/448/506 (ii) Penal Code 1860.

Submitted Summons to be issued to witnesses. The witnesses will prove the truth of the
incident in the learned court.
