Entry Fees: Individual rate is $15.00 per event; Team rate of $400 per school, per gender. No entry limits
but understand this is an ENTRY FEE and NOT a PARTICIPATION FEE! If an athlete does not compete in an
event there are NO REFUNDS!
Entry DEADLINE: The entry deadline is 3 days prior to the competition date at 5pm!!!

Track: 200m Mondo Super- X 13.5mm Surface, 6 Lanes on the Oval, 8 Lanes on the Sprint straight
Jumps: Mondo rubber surface
LJ: Two Long Jump Pits (Northwest & Southwest), boards at 7’, Mondo Super X runway surface
TJ: Board at 30, 36’6”, 43’, 49’6” (Taped at 24’), Mondo Super X runway surface
PV: Runway is located inside the track with an elevated runway topped with Mondo Super X
HJ: One pit with multipurpose Mondo approach, take off surface is Mondo Super X
Throws: Wooden circle with cage for the weight throw. Wooden circle for shot-put
Weigh-ins: Weigh-ins will take place beside the concession stand in designated room
-Opens 1.5 hours prior to the start of the meet. Weigh-ins will be open for 1hr!
Seeding: 60m Dash and 60m Hurdles will have prelims and finals, One Heat Final of 8 runners, ALL other
events are timed finals
Field Events: 3 attempts with top 9 to finals
Vertical Jumps: minimum starting heights (progressions subject to change based upon entries)
Boys HJ - 5' 2" (2" progression increments)
Girls HJ - 4' 0" (2" progression increments)
Girls PV - 7' 0" (6" progression increments)
Boys PV - 9' 0" (6" progression increments)
Track Policies: 1⁄4” Spikes are the longest allowed. No CHRISTMAS TREE or NEEDLE/PIN Spikes.
-No tape besides athletic tape will be allowed for markings
-Implements: There are NO house implements available, PLEASE bring your own implements
-Starting blocks will be available at athletes’ choice in the 60m Hurdles, 60m dash, 200m dash,
and 400m dash
-Access to the track and center area will be restricted to coaches, athletes, trainers, managers,
and officials.
Athletic Training: An AT will be on staff for emergencies and to help. No tape or materials will
be provided by Tiffin University.
Locker Rooms: Lockers and showers available, bring your own towels and locks. Tiffin
University is not responsible for any lost/stolen items.
Warm-up/Team Camps: Set up team camps in the Turf room on the outer edges. Keep a jogging oval
around the team camps open for warm-ups and cool-down. If the turf room is unavailable we will have
team camps located in the center of the track.
No food on the turf or on the track! Please keep food in the classroom upstairs, in the stadium stands, or
on the tarps in the turf room.
Results: Live results can be found at www.tiffintiming.com and will be posted on second floor hallway.
Official results will be posted by noon the following day.
