In preparation for the upcoming Congressional Meet to be held on January 12-14, 2024 ,
the undersigned would like to ask permission for the following students/athletes of Athletics
Boys and Girls be allowed to practice here in the school campus.

Furthermore, it is requested that the following students/athletes will be excused from their
respective classes ( 7:45 am– 4:00 pm) starting today , January 8, 2024 up to January 12,
2024 for their rigid practice.
