Ensure proper packaging of pharmaceutical products according to
company standards.
Conduct secondary packaging activities such as blister packing,
carton sealing, and labeling.
Develop and maintain effective packaging operations processes to
meet quality control standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to
machine settings, operating, and maintenance.
Utilize MS Office tools (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
Job Requirements :
Strong understanding of blister packing, cartoning, corrugated boxes,
folding box board (FBB), formulation development, materialize CSS
principles.
Proficiency in Corel Draw software for graphical mapping designs.

Handling of Blister pack machinery as per SOP
Maintenance of above machinery as per SOP
Maintenance of record and logs for every batch as per CGMP norms
Job description
1. Able to run vacuum forming machine after training.
2. Able to maintain a log book of machine maintenance.
3. Able to understand and do troubleshooting of machines in
breakdown condition.
4. Able to do servicing of machines after training from, Honda, Kubota,
and Aquarius.
5. He must have good technical knowledge of operating the machines.
6. Keep all the spare parts in stock at the site and be active regarding
machines working and cleaning.
7. They must have done ITI or diploma in mechanical
