Course Objectives
• To provide comprehensive instruction in key areas of Islamic knowledge.
• To foster personal and spiritual development through Tarbiyah (nurturing) ac-
tivities and community engagement.
• To equip students with the skills necessary to actively contribute to their
communities, embodying the principles of Islam in both private and public life.
Target Audience
This course is meticulously crafted for committed Muslims of all ages, including
high school students, professionals, and retirees, who seek to enhance their

Course Components
The course is structured to provide a balanced and comprehensive approach to
Islamic education and personal development. Each month, students will engage
in the following activities:
1. Islamic Studies (5-15 hours/month)
Students will dedicate a set number of hours to studying core Islamic sub-
jects, including Fiqh, Hadith, Seerah, and Islamic History. The time commit-
ment varies between the IlmTarb Focus and IlmTarb Easy streams, allowing
students to progress at a pace suited to their schedules.
Study Commitment:
IlmTarb Focus: 10-15 hours per month over 30 months.
IlmTarb Easy: 5-9 hours per month over 40 months.
Study Format: Content is delivered through a combination of pre-recorded
lectures, readings, and guided self-study. Students are encouraged to en-
gage deeply with the material, using the provided resources to enhance their
understanding.
Scheduled Breaks: The course includes breaks during the months of Rama-
dan and December, allowing students time for reflection, spiritual growth, and
rest.

2. Qur’an Memorization
Monthly Surah Memorization: Students are required to memorize a specific

3. Volunteering and Community Service (1 hour/month)
