NOTE!
As a general rule, all removed cable ties and clamps securing hoses and electrical cables must be replaced.

1. Transfer the engine mounting 1.


Tightening torque:85 Nm

2. Transfer the alternator2.

7. Transfer sensor and monitors that are missing on the new engine and the crankcase ventilation.

8. Connect lifting chains to the lifting eyes on the engine and to a lifting device.

9. Lift the engine into the machine.

10. Fit the working pump to the engine and remove the block 1.

11. Lower the engine on the front engine mountings.

19. Fit the silencer 2 including the pipe to the turbo.

22. Connect the electrical cables to the alternator 1.

23. Connect the hose 2 to the engine and the hose 3 to the crankcase ventilation.

24. Connect the ground cables 1 and the cabling2 to the starter motor.

25. Connect the electrical cables to all sensors and monitors on the engine according to earlier notations.

26. Connect the fuel lines (2 lines).

27. Connect the hose 2 to the coolant pump and tighten the hose clamp.

28. Fit the clamp 1 on the member.

30. Fit the Vee belts and the compressor 1 on the engine (if one is fitted) with the bolts 2 (4 bolts).
