AFFIDAVIT
I, Smt. Sangamma W/o late Bhimaraya, Age: 64 years, Occ:
Household R/o Harwal, Tq: Jewargi Dist: Kalaburgi, do hereby
solemnly affirm and state on oath, as under
1. That, I am the petitioner No. 1 in the above case, So well
aware of the facts of the case.
2. That, after passing of the judgment and Award by the
Hon’ble Tribunal, unfortunately, my husband Sri. Bhimaraya,
who is petitioner No. 6 in the petition has died on 23- -2020,
leaving behind me as the sole successor. Copy of death
certificate is enclosed herewith for kind pereusal of the Hon’ble
court. Myself i.e., petitioner No. 5 as his sole legal heirs and
successors to succeed him. I am already on record as petitioner
No. 5 in this case. As such may be brought on record as legal
representative of deceased petitioner No. 6 along with me in this
case in the ends of Justice.
Hence this affidavit
I do swear in the name of god that this is my name and
signature and the contents of this affidavit are true and correct to
the best of my knowledge, belief and information.
