With wide experience of working in education sector my testimony sums to distinguish me as an
expert by means of practice while I continued to serve as resource person throughout my career.

Executive Summary
This cover letter is my brief introduction which explains my potentiality, sincerity
and decisiveness on the organizational vision and mission that I would like to
associate with. It furnishes information regarding my personal, academic and
work experiences with special attribution to my nature of adaptability and work
ethics. Further it endeavours to showcase my areas of expertise briefly whereas, I
narrowly tried to reflect on the experience that emphasizes learning without
territorial obligation called freedom.

MY PHILOSOPHY OF BELIEF & THE TESTIMONY OF MY BACKGROUND

It’s indisputable fact that dynamic teachers inspire the learners to think independently in order to
explore their hidden potentiality whereas every good teacher explains syllabic portion
effectively. While believing in the vision that education transcends society while teacher help the
learning community by moulding their minds into positive, creative and compassion I advocate
facilitative methods of teaching in the constructive classrooms while inspiration is the key to
help them explore the untapped potentiality without restriction. By virtue of my exposure to
teach British Curricula, International Baccalaureate as well as CBSE courses I have developed
these key skills while shaping my teaching career in a constructive and productive phase in the
countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Maldives, Mauritius, Bahrain, Qatar & United
Arab Emirates.

Fortunate to get thoroughly convent schooling, I was always self-motivated to take part in
extracurricular activities such as drama, recitation, debate, elocution, quiz, yoga, martial arts,
pencil sketching and creative writing. When taken a teaching career by choice, I always enjoyed
these activities facilitating the children to discover their talents by means of creating
opportunities. Further, I also take pleasure in shouldering the editorial responsibilities for school
mouthpiece, newsletter, journal or annual magazines.

TRAINING EXPOSURE AND HOLISTIC ATTITUDE FOR A NOBLE CAUSE

As scholars say education begins at the mother’s womb and ends at the grave, it has been always
my perseverance to imbibe good qualities in me since my school days. The journey has not
reached the final track yet. Born in an economically poor family and demographically outreached
region called North East India I was not privileged to enjoy the benefits of my school days but I
grabbed every such opportunity while began to work in the residential school where I had learnt
swimming, horse riding, table tennis and hosting stage programs. However, I am thankful to my
schooling where I was exposed to acquire several languages without any effort.

It’s absolutely right to say that a station master minds the trains and the school master trains the
minds. Since training is the key factor of personality branding, I grabbed every opportunity to
train myself to fit myself into the decent society and the community of dynamic teachers. Apart
from my Master Degree in English Literature and the teaching diploma I have completed a series
of training in HR, In Service Professional Trainings, Communication, Creative Writing,
Academic Writing, Cyber Technology, Special Reading for the Dyslexic Kids, Screenplay
Writing and Journalism.

Atheism being my cult of existence I indulge in reaching God by means of serving the humanity
or working for the human cause. I have rendered innumerable social and volunteer services in
this context. Ranging from working with the leprosy eradication program in the slums, helping
the flood victims, teaching the special needs, volunteered services in global events (e.g the Asian
Games) just to name a few amongst others. There is a tremendous joy in serving the needy or
volunteering the elite mass which are my routine performance as an educator involving the
students. Thus, children would get ample of opportunities to grow as future leaders.

My greatest achievement in life has been enabling a severe autistic kid read Bible while serving
as shadow teacher. A gold medal in cycling when I was fourteen, another gold medal in social
work and publication of two novels Quest For A Mother and Meteor, The Shooting Star are
worth to mention.

MY FOCAL POINTS OVER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & VALUES

It’s unrealistic to say today that teachers should teach the students what is right and wrong
especially for the present generation. By doing so the teacher would earn the name of boring,
ineffective and would miss to complete the syllabus or the objectives of the curricula. Therefore,
a dynamic teacher must create number of opportunities where students are motivated to express
their treasure of capacities. No teacher can teach moral values by means of lecture but certainly
transform those qualities in contexts. Thus, a dynamic teacher is well organized, work on pre-set
strategies and believe that every child is unique which my foundation of paradigm is. Gravity,
servitude and adaptability being my second nature I am looking forward an opportunity where I
would be able to sharpen my skills further while I would be able to consider my work
responsibility as my passion.
