Formerly known as X Billion Skills Lab, The Smart Fellowship is building an
‘automation-proof’ workforce for bharat.We are rootingfor ‘team humans’ by
training graduates to start thinking, solving and communicating beyond what a.i
can do at work. We want smart fellows tothrive alongsidea.i and remain in
control,instead of being replaced by it.
What we do
The Smart Fellowship is anin-personworkplace simulationwhere smart
fellows master essential soft skills, behavioral skills and cognitive skills
which arenow ‘must haves’ for entry level jobsacrosssectors and domains.
Skills taught include critical thinking, creative problem solving (jugaad), first
principles thinking and emotional intelligence.
What is so unique about us
Instead of a passive learning 1 way experience, each cohort/batch operates
like an ‘imaginary company’ and the fellows are core team members. They have to
make decisions, solve problems and craft compelling communication. The trainer
roleplays as a founder and is a mentor, constructive critique and guide. Through
these role play based simulations, fellows master mental models and techniques for
how to think, communicate and solve across 100+ generalistic business scenarios.
This experienceprovides a unique edge in placementsand growth across
roles and sectors.

Reporting to: Founder
KRAs:
1. Identify and Engage with startups and SMEs to understand their entry level
hiring requirements
2. Pitch talent from our smart fellows (trained learners) pool for their hiring
needs and convince them to give equal weightage to proficiency in
non-technical skills/soft skills as technical skills or academic competence
3. Build strategies to make our workplace readiness profile (soft skills
assessment report based on performance in workplace simulation training) as
a gold standard in hiring decisions for start ups and SMEs
4. Enable feedback loop with training team to measure performance of placed
talent
5. Identify and engage start ups and SMEs to build a smart fellowship
experience for the existing teams as part of their talent development
initiatives
Who are we looking for? Background and experience:
● Proven track record in B2B Sales and / or client servicing
● Existing network/access to decision makers in start ups and SMEs
● Currently in Mumbai
● General awareness about emerging technologies such as a.i
