The next most potent AI processor the world has ever seen, the B200 Blackwell, was
announced by Nvidia. Investors weren't particularly impressed, though.
The new graphics processing unit (GPU) intended for artificial intelligence applications has
two cores and 208 billion transistors. Consider that there are around 84 billion neurons in the
human brain, even if they are not comparable.
Two processors in a single GPU may exchange ten gigabytes of data per second.
Using six accelerated computing technologies, the Blackwell GPU architecture enables
advancements in drug design, data processing, electrical design automation, quantum
computing, and generative AI.
In terms of artificial intelligence, Nvidia has set the pace. This enormous tech company's

GPUs have been used to produce tools like ChatGPT from OpenAI. The business will gain
more recognition in the AI sector after revealing new AI processors. Robots will govern the
future, according to Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, and we should expect to see more of them in
the years to come.
The CEO of Nvidia has previously expressed optimism about the promising future of
robots and artificial intelligence. He recently claimed that in the next five years, artificial
intelligence (AI) would beat humans in a number of computer science tests.
"We need bigger GPUs. So, ladies and gentlemen, I would like to introduce you to a
very, very big GPU," said CEO Jensen Huang at a developers’ conference in California,
referring to the graphics processors that are vital in the creation of generative AI.

Nvidia debuted new AI CPU models
Nvidia presented the Blackwell CPU architecture during the GTC conference, which
took place in San Jose, California. Significant improvements in processing performance for
both inference and training are made possible by the CPU's design.
The 208 billion transistors found in Blackwell chips will power the next generation of
computers and goods for huge data centre operators like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and
Oracle. Products powered by Blackwell are anticipated to launch later in the year.
The novel chip architecture poses production issues because of its large number of
transistors and reliance on state-of-the-art smooth operating mechanisms. Nvidia's
manufacturing partner, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., will employ 4NP
technology in its production processes.

The event, dubbed the "AI Woodstock" by Wedbush analyst Dan Ives, has become a
can't-miss date on big tech's calendar due to Nvidia's singular role in the AI revolution
that has taken the world by storm since the introduction of ChatGPT in late 2022.
"I hope you realise this is not a concert, this is a developers conference," Huang joked as
he took the stage in a packed arena usually reserved for ice hockey games and concerts.
Users can connect Nvidia's Grace central processor unit to Blackwell
Blackwell, the newest addition to Nvidia's "superchip" series, offers enhanced
connectivity with other processors as well as AI data processing capabilities. Users can choose
networking chips that link Nvidia's Grace central processor unit to Blackwell via either the
proprietary InfiniBand or Ethernet protocols. Additionally, Nvidia intends to enhance its HGX
server machines with the help of the new CPU.
Originally, Nvidia was a manufacturer of popular graphics cards for gamers.
Nevertheless, its technology has shown to be successful in a variety of industries due to its
capacity to complete difficult jobs at the same time. Blackwell aims to utilise this to advance
AI beyond simple jobs like speech recognition and into more complex applications like creating
three-dimensional movies.
According to Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, robots will rule the future

According to Huang's presentation, Nvidia's new Blackwell chips are the "engine to
power this new industrial revolution" and AI is the "driving force" as the economy changes.
He claims that Nvidia works with "the most dynamic companies in the world" and that
artificial intelligence will change every aspect of business.
Huang revealed some information on Project Groot, including a new computer that is
patterned after Blackwell. It is his declaration that Project Groot will be accessible to
manufacturers of humanoid robots. After observing humans, robots will be able to mimic
spoken language and human behaviour. Huang claims that overcoming obstacles is one of the
most fascinating aspects of working in AI.

By asking two robots to join him on stage, Huang brought the event to a creative
finish. He clarified that Nvidia's simulation tools were used to train these robots and hinted
that "everything that moves will be robotic in the future".
