unit will assist you to notify the Government abroad and forward the information to the

2. Please fill out the form for each school as needed.
3. Student from Low-income family can obtain a low-income certificate in Chinese or
English from a Government, overseas Chinese school / group, or other institution before

2. 請持本錄取通知書至中華民國駐外機構辦理居留簽證相關事宜。
3. 家境清寒僑生得於赴臺前取得經駐外機構或保薦單位、僑校、僑團等
機關或單位(非個人)開立之中文或英文清寒證明文件向就讀學校申
請,經學校審查符合資格者,由僑務委員會補助全民健康保險費自付
額二分之一。
4. 本校提供團體接機服務等相關事宜,若您確定來台日期及航班,請儘
快與本校聯繫。
5. 學校會提供電話卡,請攜帶可使用的「4G 手機」來台使用。

I. Reporting Dates: Please enter the country from July 21 until July 31 2024, and complete the entry
registration in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.

1. The original copy of the admission notice.
2. Original and photocopy of passport valid more than 3years (until September 2027).
3. You should hold a residence visa when entering.
4. The living expenses for the first semester is about 25,000 TWD(about 800 USD),including
Tuition fee, clothing, accommodation, utilities, meal, internet card and others. Please refer
to admission brochure for more details.
5. Four of 2-inch face photos and digital photo files.

V. Other important notices:
1. If student are sure will come to Taiwan, please fill in the expected date of entry and flight
information to your referral unit (or directly to the Government in Taiwan). Your referral
unit will assist you to notify the Government abroad and forward the information to the
school. Please take this admission notice to the Government of the Republic of China
(Taiwan) in your country to apply a resident visa.
2. Please fill out the form for each school as needed.
3. Student from Low-income family can obtain a low-income certificate in Chinese or
English from a Government, overseas Chinese school / group, or other institution before
going to Taiwan for apply a funding support from the school. Those who are qualified by
the school will be subsidized by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Council to cover one-half of
the national health insurance deductible.
4. The school provides group pick-up services, and other related matters. If you are sure of
your arrival date and flight, please contact the school as soon as possible.
5. The school will provide SIM card and assist with mobile number and the Internet service.
Please bring a usable 4G smartphone.
6. Students are requested to download the line app and join our school group to facilitate
follow-up contact.
